What’s included
We install and configure a production-ready ERPNext instance on your own server or VPS — not just running an installer script.
- ERPNext + Frappe installed (via Docker or a native/bench install, whichever fits your server)
- Production settings: a dedicated site, proper file permissions, and a process manager so it stays running
- SSL certificate configured for your domain, if you’re pointing one at it
- Basic email (SMTP) sending configured so notifications actually go out
- A short handover call walking through what we did and how to access the system
What’s not included
- Ongoing hosting, support, or maintenance after handover (we can quote that separately)
- Custom app development or DocType changes — this is a clean, stock ERPNext install
- Data migration from another system (see our Update & Migration package for that)
Process
- You submit your server/VPS access and preferences through the form on this page
- We confirm scope on a short kickoff call if anything’s unclear
- We install and configure ERPNext on your server
- We verify login, email, and SSL work before handing it over
- A short call to walk you through it
Response time: We respond within 24 hours (or the next working day). Straightforward installs are usually completed within 24 hours after that — more complex setups (custom networking, multiple apps, unusual hosting environments) can take a bit longer depending on scope.
