Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Infintrix Technologies ("Infintrix", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit infintrixtech.com (the "Site"), contact us, apply for a job, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase one of our fixed-price packages. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, website, country, and message content when you submit a contact form, request a demo, request a lead magnet/resource, or book an appointment.
- Job applications: name, email, phone number, resume/CV file, and optional cover letter, when you apply for an open position via the Careers page.
- Package purchases: name, email, phone number, and project requirement details you submit before checkout, plus payment confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Newsletter subscription: your email address, if you subscribe to updates.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location (derived from IP), collected via cookies and similar technologies described in Section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support questions
- To deliver requested resources (guides, lead magnets, newsletters)
- To process and fulfil paid package orders, including order confirmations
- To review and respond to job applications
- To improve the Site, our content, and our marketing based on aggregate usage patterns
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it's used. The specific tools currently in use are:
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — measure site traffic and user interactions (e.g. form submissions, button clicks).
- PostHog — product analytics, which may include session replay (a recording of on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolling) used to understand and improve the user experience. PostHog session recordings are configured to avoid capturing payment card fields.
- Meta Pixel — measures the effectiveness of, and helps us improve, advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
- Ahrefs Analytics — aggregate traffic and search-visibility analytics.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some Site functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will provide an additional cookie-consent mechanism before non-essential cookies are set.
4. Payment Processing
Paid packages are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on Infintrix's own servers. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share limited information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Site and deliver our services:
- ERPNext/Frappe — our CRM and content system, used to store inquiries, lead data, blog content, and case studies
- Stripe — payment processing for paid packages
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console), PostHog, Meta Pixel, and Ahrefs — analytics and advertising measurement, as described in Section 3
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of an active inquiry or engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@infintrixtech.com.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Data Transfers
Infintrix Technologies operates from Pakistan and the United States (see Section 11 for addresses). Information you provide may be processed in either country, or by service providers located elsewhere, as described in Section 5.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
