Terms of Service

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access to our systems, scraping content at scale without permission, or using the Site to transmit malicious code.

Content on the Site (service descriptions, case studies, blog articles) is provided for general informational purposes. Custom ERP implementation, development, and consulting engagements are governed by a separate, mutually signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between you and Infintrix — these Terms do not replace that agreement where one exists.

Certain predefined, fixed-scope packages ("Packages") are available for direct purchase through the Site. By purchasing a Package, you agree to:

• Provide accurate requirement details during checkout — the scope of work is based on what you submit
• Pay the listed price in full via our payment processor, Stripe, at the time of purchase
• The turnaround time stated on the Package page, which begins once we have everything needed to start (e.g. access, assets, or information requested from you)

Refunds: If you need to cancel before work has started on your Package, contact hello@infintrixtech.com and we will review your request. Refund eligibility decreases once work has begun, reflecting time and resources already committed. This clause reflects our general practice; it is reviewed and may be refined — contact us directly with any purchase-specific questions before buying if this matters to your decision.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Infintrix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing and sharing (e.g. linking to a page).

Content you submit to the Site — blog comments, testimonials, job applications — must be accurate and must not infringe on any third party's rights. We may moderate, edit, or remove submitted content at our discretion (for example, to remove spam or abusive comments).

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infintrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, for engagements with Infintrix Technologies (Private) Limited; engagements with Infintrix Technologies LLC (USA) are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The applicable entity and jurisdiction for a specific engagement will be confirmed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
