What’s included
- A full backup of your site (files + database) before we touch anything
- Updating ERPNext and Frappe core to the latest stable version compatible with your setup
- Testing that core functionality (login, key modules, reports) still works after the update
- A rollback plan — if something breaks, we restore your pre-update backup
What’s not included
- Fixing pre-existing bugs unrelated to the update itself
- Updating custom in-house apps (we’ll flag if they look incompatible; fixing them is scoped separately)
- Migrating data in from a different ERP system entirely
Process
- You share access to your current instance (and a recent backup, if you have one)
- We review your current version and any custom apps installed
- We take a fresh backup right before the update
- We run the update and verify core functionality
- We hand back a short report of what changed
Response time: We respond within 24 hours (or the next working day). Most updates are completed within 24 hours after that — larger or heavily customized instances can take a bit longer depending on scope.
