- Your logo, color scheme, and login screen applied across the ERPNext interface
- A custom theme styled to your brand guide — colors, typography, and layout polish, based on the instructions and assets you provide
- RTL (right-to-left) layout support if your audience needs it (e.g. Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew)
- Your domain pointed at the instance, with SSL
- Guidance on which parts of ERPNext can realistically be rebranded and which stay ERPNext-native
- A single branded instance, ready to demo under your own name
What’s explicitly not included
This is the part that matters most to get right: this package does not include building a multi-tenant SaaS platform. That would mean automated signup/provisioning for new customers, billing/subscription management, and a reseller admin console — a much larger custom engineering project, not a $499 package. If that’s genuinely what you need, talk to us first on the requirements call and we’ll scope that properly as its own project rather than have you pay for something smaller than you expected.
Process
- You share your domain, brand name, logo/colors, brand guide, and server access
- We build a custom theme to your brand guide and apply branding across the interface (including RTL layout support if needed), then point your domain at it
- We walk you through what’s branded and what isn’t
