Overview

Implemented a WooCommerce-based WordPress e‑commerce site for LeatherLab, paired with a custom ERPNext integration for stock management and order fulfillment.

Challenge

LeatherLab needed a modern, responsive WooCommerce store integrated with a backend ERP system to manage inventory, stock levels, orders, payments and fulfillment—keeping the online storefront synchronized with inventory operations.

Solution

Infintrix Technologies built a WordPress WooCommerce storefront connected to a custom ERPNext backend. We developed APIs to sync product catalogs, inventory levels, orders and sales. ERP handles stock updates, purchase orders, stock reconciliation, and fulfillment workflows. Payment via Stripe and other gateways was integrated to allow smooth checkout and transaction tracking.

Results

LeatherLab can now manage online sales and inventory in one platform, reducing out-of-stock issues, automating fulfillment, and gaining real-time visibility into stock and order data.
